that is totally true, but I like Batelle's idea above. I can fit for shield regen at the beginning, finish the neut towers, warp to the mobile depot and refit for active tank and damage. The only thing that I would have to worry is about the rigs,...

thank you all. I am going to the HML then..... Do you know if one can run missions on SiSi - like if there are agents and everything? Never played around there and test an expensive tengu on lvl 5's sounds better to do on SiSi first... :)
